snippet: The feature class was created to illustrate the elevation of the non-conformity between the overlying Athabasca Supergroup and subjacent crystalline basement rocks. These contours are generated from a surface object produced in Paradigm’s SKUA-GocadTM software. Contours are set to 40 m increments. They are exported as a DXF file and then imported into ESRI software. Contour terminations either indicate the termination of the unconformity below the Quaternary sediments (the perimeter of the basin) or termination against faults (terminations inside the basin perimeter).
