The FSP Sensitive Areas dataset contains information related to Pronghorn migration corridors, Sage Grouse sensitive areas, Wildlife Habitat Protection Act lands, Crown Conservation Easements. Information is to be used when developing Grazing and/or Riparian management plans under the BMP program, and to identify areas where targeted grazing should not be used due to ground nesters and sensitivity of the habitat.
The Farm and Ranch Water Infrastructure Program (FRWIP) Sensitive Areas dataset is to provide users with environmental requirements before proceding with dugouts and water wells under the FRWIP program through Ministry of Agriculture. The FRWIP Sensitive Areas layer contains information on sensitive areas such as Crown Conservation Easements, Wildlife Habitat Protection Act lands, Critical Habitat and Emergency Protection Order for Greater Sage Grouse.
FRWIP1: Try to find an alternative location for the project. If no alternative can be found outside of these areas, please contact SODCAP for support.
FRWIP2: Pre-approval needed. Please contact Ministry of Environment at 1-800-567-4224.
FRWIP3: A written authorization to construct signed by all parties (Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Environment) is needed before starting construction. |
