The ISC SaskGIS Cadastral dataset is a copy of the cadastral view layers that are continuously maintained within Information Services Corporation's (ISC) integrated spatial database. All layers are derived from aggregations of common atomic polygons on the master cadastral and right of way layers through the use of relational tables. This ensures the cohesiveness and integrity of the layers. The data is designed to be the representations of the cadastral boundaries that are maintained by Information Services Corporation. All current survey parcels, lots, quarter sections, roadways etc. are shown. The data covers the entire province and is designed to serve as the base for a range of applications including title registry, zoning, land use, assessment, planning, routing and any application which requires a current, accurate description of the survey or ownership parcels in the province. |

<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The distributed PARK feature layer, part of the ISC SaskGIS Cadastral dataset, contains a copy of the PARK feature layer taken from Information Services Corporation's (ISC) geospatial database. The data is comprised of geospatial locations and attributional information for all parks that reside within the province of Saskatchewan. The feature layer identifies each park by park name, park type, PPID (unique ID) and geospatial location. The parks have been derived from legal survey data and control survey points. This data is suitable for use in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Computer Aided Drawing Systems (CAD). The data is maintained and available for monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually or one-time distribution. The data that is delivered monthly undergoes rigorous quality control cycles and can be packaged as whole data and/or as change records (which indicate entities that have been added, deleted and modified since the previous months delivery). Contact ISC at ask@isc.ca should you have questions or to acquire the data.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
