These organizations and agencies share this information with the Saskatchewan Geographic Names Program so that it can be added to the central Geographic Names database managed by the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 7 0;"><SPAN>The geographic extent of the </SPAN><SPAN>SK Geographic Names</SPAN><SPAN>is the </SPAN><SPAN>Saskatchewan Provincial Boundary extent including</SPAN><SPAN>landmass and water bodies; the temporal extent is from 1897 to present. This dataset consists of current officially approved names, feature type, coordinates of the feature, decision date, source, and other attributes. The output file formats for this product are: text (csv), Shape (shp), Geography Markup Language (gml), and Keyhole Markup Language (kml).</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN /><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
