Arena Project: Fish, Wildlife and Lands has acquired LiDAR data for a 218.4 square kilometer area around Consul, Saskatchewan. This data was collected using the Riegl Q1560 LiDAR system with a 400kHz pulse rate, a point density of 25 per square meter, and a maximum of 4 returns collected. The LiDAR system was at a flying height of 550 meters with a speed of 140 knots, a scan angle of 60 degrees, and a 50% side lap. The Bare Earth DEM delivery is derived form this data. Other deliverables include ASCII, Binary, Hillshade, Intensity, and Orthophotos.
Great Sand Hills Project: The Planning and Evaluation Branch of the Ministry of Environment has acquired LiDAR data with all returns for the Great Sand Hills. The Bare Earth DEM delivery is a resampled product derived from this data. Other deliverables include Orthophotos. |
